At KJL Solicitors we pride ourselves in being able to offer our clients out of hours assistance and appointments during the same week of contact. We endeavour to make available appointment slots throughout each week so new clients can be seen within a day or two of first contact. We will visit you at your place of work or home if it is not practicable for you to come to our office, although in some circumstances it is not always necessary to meet with clients during the course of their matter.

Costs and updates.

Legal costs, is one of the most fundamental issues a client needs to address in any contentious matter. We will as soon as practicable provide you with a cost estimate in relation to your matter. Where an overall costing is not possible, as is often the case in contentious matters, we will update you regularly during the key stages of your case. We will discuss with you possible alternative ways of funding your matter and the most cost effective way of dealing with it. We will bill you at regular intervals in order for you to keep control of any costs and we will provide you with further estimates of future costs as your matter progresses. We believe costs should be transparent so we will happily provide you with a breakdown of costs at any time you request this.
