Lizzy Lawson (Elizabeth) has worked for KJL Solicitors for 6 years. Anyone who knows Lizzy knows she is a kind and compassionate solicitor who was always been extremely kind and caring to all of her clients during her working life with our firm. Lizzy's daughter Anna Poppy Lawson developed a brain tumour in December 2017, Lizzy immediately left the business to care for her wonderful little girl. Following a 9 hour operation and two rounds of chemotherapy lasing 6 months, everybody thought little Anna, 2 years old at the time, was in remission.

In February 2019 a scan showed Anna's cancer was now metastatic, very aggressive and a tumour was located in her spin. Anna is currently undergoing radiotherapy treatment but the chances of this treatment being successful has been rated at 20%, to this end, the family will have to self fund on-going treatment for Anna in America. The family are crowd funding to reach a target of £50,000 to take Little Anna, now 3, to America and we are inviting all our clients, friends and neighbours to donate however little they can to this heartbreaking appeal.
